Send an existing quote, full part number, product link, equipment photo or a plain description. Add your delivery city or ZIP and email so we can check the relevant market and follow up. Quantity and required timing help when you know them.
PDFs, spreadsheets, documents and common image formats are accepted, with up to 12 files and 8 MB total. You can also leave an email if you would rather talk first.
Know what can actually be compared.
We review the requirement, work the supplier market and check the differences that matter: item identity, source, condition, price, lead time and warranty. If a proposed alternative needs technical approval, that remains a decision for your facility.
We explain missing information and comparison limits. We cannot promise an available alternative for every item, an instant price verdict or a guaranteed saving. You can use the findings with your current supplier, choose another source or take no action.
Keep control of the purchase.
Suppliers fund the service; facilities use Installed View for free. We do not mark up supplier prices. You decide whether and where to buy.
Your request and attachments are stored privately. We use what you send to investigate your purchase and contact you about it; we do not publish what your facility pays.
